AJ SPENCER (He/Him)

AJ Spencer is the founder of Tango Futuro, starting out with just Milonga Futuro in January 2024, he's grown the project into what it is today.

AJ is a huge proponent of taking traditions and bringing them into a modern audience, which was the original idea that started Tango Futuro. Without a bit of change, many traditions fade into obscurity, which is not going to be the fate of Tango. We will bring it to new audiences and take new approaches to ensure the Future of Tango is a bright one.

LOKI LEBEDENKO (They/Them)

Loki Lebedenko is the social media coordinator and an event organizer with Tango Futuro.

Loki is a true jack of all trades. Event organizer, social media coordinator, stage manager, event planner; you name it, they can do it. They are also a huge supporter of the Boulder Tango scene, believing that tango is for all and will bring dances where they need to be. Loki is a powerhouse - if they’re working on a project, you can guarantee that it will succeed.
